Return condition
Approved returns must be unused, unwashed, unburned, and in their original product and protective packaging. Include the order number and return authorization. Items returned without authorization may be refused.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Cross-border duties and brokerage charges may not be recoverable.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, photographs of the item, exterior parcel, shipping label, and all protective packaging. Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved.
Non-returnable items
Used incense or fragrance products, personalized items, gift cards, and items marked final sale cannot be returned. Natural variation in grain, glaze, texture, or tone that was described on the product page is not considered a defect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, an approved refund will be issued instead.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Bank processing times vary.
