Processing
In-stock objects are normally prepared within 2–5 business days unless a different dispatch window appears on the product page. Orders containing pieces with different lead times may ship together at the later date.
Delivery
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Remote destinations, weather, customs review, and carrier disruptions can add time. Tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves the fulfillment location.
Duties and import charges
Cross-border duties and import taxes vary by destination, product classification, value, and country of origin. When Angxi or its international checkout partner collects these charges, they are itemized before payment. Review the checkout total and shipping terms before placing the order.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible. Once a parcel has entered the carrier network, we may not be able to redirect it. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address may be deducted from a refund.
Damaged or missing parcels
Keep all packaging and contact Angxi promptly with the order number and clear photographs. We will review the carrier record and work toward a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
